Dear Sir/Madam,
I'd love to tell you about my plan on Friday.As usual,I will finishi my morning exercises before 7 a.m.,and then I will have my breakfast at home with my family.I will drive to work before 8:00.During the office hours,I have a lot of things to deal with,so I'm sure that it would be very busy for the whole day.After work,I will pick up my daughter from her school and then we will go home and have supper together.Evening hours are free for me,and I can do whatever I like.If you have any new idea about the evening,please let me know.

it's the most wonderful friday i have ever spent .now i want to share my happiness with you .
i play a role in（）activity,+活动介绍（it'a activity that...)+我学到了什么(what i learnt is.)
i really enjoy it,though time is short ,i still satified with what i have learn.i hope you also can have a chance to take part in the activity like that.
