Dear Linda,
I'm sorry to hear that you ar getting and you always feel unhealthy. I think you may need to go to the doctor for advice. Before that I share my experience with you for losing weight. First, change your eating habits. Eat less ice cream, chococlate or meat and eat more fresh fruits and vetable. Second, Don't be lazy and stay in front of computer or on bed with a mobile phone all day. Go out and do more excercise. Hope you become more healthy and beautiful in the near future.
