3 that 改为who，those在从句中为主语，表示那些人，因此不能用that，是同位语从句，
4 which前面加in，way在从句中为状语部分，因此不能直接加which，同时还需要一个介词

引导从句的关联词不是十分负责，主要要看从句的类型已经关联词在从句中扮演什么成分，从这两点入手掌握关联词应更为容易。
