黑糯米的煮法如下:

3、待粥浓稠时,放入红糖调味,再稍煮片刻,即可盛起食用。

制作工艺

糯米预先泡几个小时
(有条件的话可以把洗好泡好的糯米掠干水放冰箱冰一下)
先烧开水,再把掠干水的糯米倒进烧开的水中
这样糯米比较容易煮开花,省时,也不容易粘底
(如果直接把凉水跟糯米一起下锅烧很难煮烂也容易粘底)
一开始不要放满一锅的水,
要是煮到水不够的时候再加入烧开了的水
(这时候要是加了冷水就很难煮粘了,相反煮出来的糯米会变硬)
煮到最后快好了再加糖
