请大家用英语帮我翻译一下这句话

“我想再一次去寻找你，然后告诉你六年前我没有说出口的话，就算没有结果也好...时间真的过的很快”
这是我自己翻译的，你们看有没有错，我语法很不好啊，“i want to sarching for you again, then tell you the words i haven't say six years ago, although there is no result,but it's ok for me,the time is so fast", 看看有没有什么语法错误，或者搭配不对，或者时态不对，在重新给我翻译一个也行

抱歉 不是很正确 有以下几点。
你想写的是 search for~
want to 后加动词原型
six years ago 是确切的时间 不用现在完成时
而且现在完成时 后加动词过去分词 应为 haven't said
Although/ though 不能和 but 连用 但是可以和yet 连用
有点 中国式的英语 的感觉 有点点硬的味道吧。 可以改正的。
试试口语化：

I wanna search for you again , then I gonna tell you what I forgot to say 6 years ago.Perhaps there is no result , but I fell good . Now the time fall away..........

语法时态都有点问题。

I want to search for you again,then to tell you the words I didn't told you six years ago, That's okay even though there is no result ....please,time goes by very fast.

I want to look for(或者用find，只不过意思是“找到”你) you again and tell you the words that I didn't say six years ago,even if there is no result...time does run so fast.
