在课堂教学各环节中,课堂导入首当其冲,是课堂教学的前奏。“好的开头,犹如春色初展。鲜花含露,叫人钟情。”这是教育家董政枢先生在《春觉斋论文》中评价美文的凤头之说,而好的课堂导入与美文的凤头则有异曲同工之妙。一节课的导入恰到好处,便能在开课伊始使课堂气氛变得轻松、活泼,牢牢吸引学生的注意力,使其产生浓厚的兴趣和强烈的求知欲,在心理和知识上做好学习的准备,迅速进入良好的学习状态,从而为整堂教学各项活动的顺利展开奠定良好基础。可以说,恰当得法的导入是课堂教学圆满成功的重要催化剂,往往能使教学收到意想不到的美妙效果。
对于课堂导入的重要性,教育界同仁早已形成共识,许多教师都很重视并精心设计课堂导入,特别是在如今新课程的课堂上,独具匠心、精干巧妙、新颖有趣的导入设计层出不穷,令人欣喜。不过,目前在中学的课堂教学也还存在着不少问题。就课堂导入而言,盲目随意、单调枯燥、机械生硬、冗长拖沓的开课现象还时常可见,低效、甚至无效的导入直接影响整堂课的教学步骤和内容的完成,影响到教学目标的实现。为此,本文重点针对课堂导入的个案分析,注重研究和推介的灵活巧妙的新方法、新手段,总结经验,探索有效课堂导入理论策略,指导教学实践,引领教师专业化发展。
