帮忙写个英语短文呗

别骂我，我不是学生，自己也能写，就是单位工作太忙了，还时不时弄个作业什么的，烦。找英语达人帮忙。

编写一段连续短文，要求用完下列词语和语法,字数200左右。

时态：一般过去时（did），过去完成时(had done)，完成进行时(have/has been doing)，be going to等时态。

HaiLin was a freshman of a Logistics Company a year ago.Now she has been promoted to be the Logidtics Supervisor.At the begining,Hai Lin had difficults in dealing with the realationship between her and her subordinates.When her subordinates were ashamed or guilty of one thing,she could not help to blame them.Hai Lin is a hard-working person,also a studious girl.She was conscious of that there is no way for her to improve their relationship except cheering them up by gentler approach.Hai Lin is a lucky girl and she comes through.She may have been working in a whing mood as an ordinary worker rather than the Logistics Supervisor if only she haven't worked hard.Hai Lin is going to be an able woman.

出题人的心态好极端啊……选的都这些短语。看来，用于批判社会不良现象比较合适。
我们boss也一样，工作忙的si，还要我们背菜谱、背英文短文。有些方法，可能对员工自身能力提高是有好处的……但得看时间、地点、阶段。
