【摘要】目的 比较改进型简易智能测定量表（MMSE）与传统MMSE在老年非听力障碍人群中的应用，评价改进型MMSE临床实用性，为最终改进型MMSE应用于临床听力障碍病人做铺垫。方法 对同一个病人，先后（间隔1周左右）采用传统MMSE和改进型MMSE电子课件，评估同一个病人两个量表的量表评分相关性。结果 两组评分有显著统计学差异（P<0.01）。结论 视觉和听觉对MMSE测定有不同程度的影响，传统型MMSE评分标准不适于改进型MMSE。
