本文以北京地区高校精品课程建设政策为研究对象,首先整体上回顾了国家和北京市精品课程建设政策变化的发展脉络。其次对北京地区高校精品课程建设基本情况进行分析,了解了目前北京地区高校精品课程建设在学科分布和学校分布等方面的现状。在此基础上,总结出北京地区高校精品课程建设在政策层面和现状层面存在的问题,并依据高等教育学、大学课程等相关理论对精品课程建设进行探讨,从政策层面和现状层面提出今后北京地区精品课程建设深入发展的建议,以期能够为精品课程建设政策制定提供一定的参考。
论文共分五章。绪论部分主要阐述研究背景、意义、问题的提出、国内外研究现状等,并确定论文研究框架。第二章,研究国家和北京市精品课程建设政策,分别梳理国家和北京市精品课程建设政策的发展变化脉络,并比较其异同点。论文第三章对2003年-2010年北京市精品课程建设的基本情况进行数据统计分析,得出建设的基本现状。第四章,从政策层面和现状层面对北京地区高校精品课程建设存在的问题进行分析与总结。第五章对针对存在的问题,从政策和现状层面提出北京地区高校精品课程建设的发展建议。期冀上述研究成果能为北京地区高校的精品课程建设的可持续发展提供一定的参考与借鉴。其中第二、三、四是论文的重点章节。 展开
