摘 要

民营经济的发展是中国经济持续发展的重要保证，也是社会主义市场经济重要的组成部分。随着我国加入WTO，民营企业面临的竞争对手不再局限于国内，增强民营企业的竞争力，已刻不容缓。本文分析了华纳东北分公司现阶段员工激励机制的现状和缺点，在此基础上提出了新型激励机制，并对其在民营企业的运用进行了阐述。本文分以下几个部分：
第一部分主要是对民营企业介绍及激励机制意义现状的一种阐述
第二部分主要是建立一种新型民营企业激励机制，他能解决现阶段民营企业在员工激励方面存在的问题。
第三部分主要是分析新型激励机制在我国民营企业中运用的可行性，并对其应用具体方法进行了阐述。

First part mainly is introduce and encourage 1 kind of mechanism meaning present condition to elaborate to the private enterprise
Second part mainly is build up a kind of new private enterprise to encourage a mechanism, he can solve the private enterprise in present stage to encourage the problem of aspect existence at the employee.
