In a very normal evening, my mother was cooking the dinner in the kitchen. She cooked many dishes for us that day. When she cooked the delicious chicken, the telephone rang. Then she went to the parlor and picked up the phone, it turned out it was from my elder sister. My sister was a college student who studied far away from home, so mum was so excited to talk to her. Anyway, she forgot to turn off the fire when she went to the parlor. Unfortunately, the iron pan was on fire because of the over high temperature. She was frightened when she discovered what was happened. But it seemed that she remembered something in a very short time, she put the pot cover above the iron pan, then the flame in it extinguished soon. Thank god! I was so glad that she still remembered what I have told her before.
