结果:邯郸市市区常住人口180.5万人,其中有20个社区卫生服务中心和44个社区卫生服务站,共有社区护理人员361人,全科医生1099人,社区护士与社区人口数比为1:5000,医护比3:1。社区护士年龄<29岁90人(25%),30~39岁133人(36.8%),40~49岁86人(23.8%),≥50岁52人(14.4%);学历:本科6人(1.7%),大专120人(33.2%),中专207人(57.3%),无学历28人(7.8%);职称:高级职称6人(1.7%),中级职称96人(26.6%),初级职称225人(62.3%),未定级34人(9.4%)。社区护士中188人参加过培训,培训率为52%。
结论:邯郸市市区社区护理人员总体配置不足,与需求不相适应,而且分布不均衡,在丛台区、峰峰矿区和邯山区社区护理人员都存在短缺现象,而复兴区社区护士存在超编现象;社区护士年龄偏小,主要集中在20~39岁之间。社区护士学历和职称偏低,学历主要以中专为主占57.3%,职称主要以初级职称为主占62.3%,高级职称仅占1.7%,缺乏专业技术骨干高级人才,邯郸市区社区卫生服务中心与服务站护士学历分布无差异,没有统计学意义(x2=1.412,p>0.5),职称结构无差异,没有统计学意义(x2=2.824,p>0.25)。全市社区护士学历分布较均衡,职称结构合理。社区护理人员参加培训率偏低,培训率为52%。
