I have a good friend and his name is li Ming whose age is 12. He want to be an NBA player, so he play basketball for 2 hours each day. Sometimes he likes listening to music.
It is important for a player who need to keep health. Everyday, he have some bread and milk in the morning, some noodles and meat at noon, and some rice and vegetables in the evening, in addition, he don't like drunk food which can charge energe but do harm to body.
I am really hope that he can make his dream come true!

I have a good friend whose name is LIMING and he is 12years old.He want to be a NBA player in future , so he spend about two hours everyday on playing basketball. Sometimes he also lintens music in night.
Health is one of the most important things for a basketball player. He eats milk and bread every morning , some meat and noodle for the lunch, about the dinner he eats some rice and vegetable.He doesn't like snack because he said that although snack can give him energy , it is not good for health.
