i went to visit my aunt this winter holiday by train. it was a nice trip. i made friends with a boy called liming. he is very kind and strong. he told me he is an athlete and he had succeeded in joining the school team. we talked a lot on the train, i found we had a lot in common. we both like travelling and listening to music. also he keeps a dog, so do i. before we got off, we exchanged our phone number. i hope we can keep in touch. altough there is a long distance between us, we will be friends forever.

If we want to succeed, we should have a healthy life. We should be strong and we should train ourselves. We should do more exercise, build a solid body and mind. And then we can make our hopes come true.
