1cake是可数名词，根据题意是说他拿了两块蛋糕。不是一块。用one表示一块
2根据题意 shoes后边加are表示的不是一双鞋，也许指好几双，后面说我需要一些新鞋，对应前面的就是ones
3be+done 表示被动的。是说英语被世界广泛应用。前面有is所以要用used
4第四句是this is my first time to visit shanghai 这个visit是在to后面的动词原形。 用法就是my first time to do。
