Health is really important to all of us. Only when we have a healthy body, could we live and work well. Therefore, I have the following advices regarding living healthily:
1. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Keep a balanced diet. Avoid high sugar, high fat food.
2. Do more exercise to strenghten the physical body.
3. Give up unhealthy habits.

Health is very important to us. Only we are healthy can we work well and live well. Here are some suggustions about health.
1. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Keep a balanced diet. Don't eat the food with a lot of sugar and fat.
2. Take more exercises to keep you strong.

We all know that health is important to us. Only with it we can work well and live happy.As for improving our health, I have several sugestions as follows:
First, keeping a balanced diet will do us good. We can do it by eating more fruits and vegetable, and avoiding those food which contain excess of sugar and fat.
Second one is taking more excercise, like joging, basketball, bamintan and so on. That thirty-minutes excercise a day keeps a doctor away gives us a clearly guidance.
Last but not least, throw away bad habits, including life and dietary.

1. eating more fruite and vegetables, to keep balance on diet and avoid high sugar or fatty food;
