1. 改成：You must/will find it quite interesting to live here at the seaside.
或：You must/will find it quite interesting living here at the seaside.
find为及物动词（感官动词），it为形式宾语，quite interesting为形容词做宾语补足语，而不定式to live here at the seaside或动名词短语living here at the seaside为真正的宾语。

2. must不一定非要改成will.
must可以表示推测/可能性，意思是“一定会”，表示非常大的可能性/非常绝对的推测。
用will也可以，且它是最常规最常用表示“会”的词语。
