传统上,需要操作人员在每次灌装时都需要对加载装置(通常为大鹤管)进行人工定位,劳动强度大,很容易产生疲劳,发生事故,并且手动对接的速度也十分缓慢,效率很低。因此,迫切需要一种自动灌装定位系统的出现来提高灌装效率,降低工作强度。目前比较流行的解决方式是通过摄像头进行视频采集后,发送给计算机进行处理。但是计算机体积庞大,且由于通过计算机并不是为了工业环境而设计的,稳定性较差,无法适应灌装现场的恶劣环境,因此,本文采用了一种实时视觉采集结合高性能嵌入式数字处理器实时进行处理的方式,大大提高了灌装的准确性和稳定性。

At present, China's oil enterprises in the domestic transport of petroleum, mostly by rail transport method. Limit the capacity of each tanker, every transportation need to use a lot of cars carrying, loading process is very cumbersome.
Traditionally, each time filling operations staff need when they need to load the device (usually a large crane tube) for manual positioning, labor intensive, it is prone to fatigue, accidents and manual docking of the speed is very slow, inefficient. Therefore, the urgent need for an automated filling positioning system to improve the appearance of filling efficiency and reduce the work intensity. The more popular solution is to capture the video through the camera, send to a computer. However, bulky computer, and because a computer is not designed for industrial environments, poor stability, filling the scene can not adapt to the harsh environment, and therefore, this collection uses a combination of high-performance embedded real-time visual digital processor the way real-time processing has greatly enhanced the accuracy and stability of the filling.

Therefore, the text adopted a real-time visual collecting integrated digital processor performance embedded with real-time manner, has greatly improved the filling accuracy and stability.
