然而,在实际工作中餐饮业从业人员的人力资源管理还存在着一些问题,为了解决餐饮业人力资源的实际问题, 提高餐饮业从业人员人力资源管理水平,促进餐饮行业的持续健康发展,必须对餐饮业人力资源现状进行研究和分析。本文通过对餐饮业人力资源现状的研究分析而发掘一些餐饮业人力资源存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了一些解决办法以供参考。

Along with our national economy development,the service industry has become the China's leading industry, catering enterprises employee teams also grow increasingly. New generation labor force employment prospects and legal awareness have improved, in addition to compensation, pay more attention to the choice for career prospects , talent is diverse development trend. Thus it put forwadthe high requirement for catering enterprises' human resources management, it's the most important for human resource management in catering industry employee.
However, in the actual work,there are still some problem for human resource management of catering industry employees, in order to solve the actual problem of catering industry human resources and improve the level of human resource management, promoting the catering industry with sustainable and healthy development, it must to research and anlysis the current situation of human resource. Based on the current situation of human resource of catering industry's research and analysis, explored some existing problems in the catering industry human resources, and also put forward some solutions for problems for reference.
