随着我国市场经济的不断发展，财务报表作为一种国际通用的商业语言，在经济发展中显示出日益重要的作用。但是单从财务报表中的简单的数字和文字是得不出有意义的成果，而是要利用一些有用的分析方法和分析指标，同时结合实际情况，对资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表进行全面综合分析，以便做出科学的决策，这个系统的动态过程就是财务报表分析。
本文主要根据财务报表分析的相关理论为依据，运用基本的财务分析的方法对万科企业股份有限公司近5年来的主要财务数据进行分析，找出万科集团各主要财务指标近年来的变化状况和变化趋势，找出变化的原因及变化的内在逻辑关系。在分析的过程中，还引入了同行业具有一定规模的参照企业，将万科集团和参照企业的同类指标进行横向对比。从而加深对中国房地产行业总体经营状况的了解。在分析完毕之后总结万科集团的财务状况和经营业绩，找出该企业在经营和管理方面可能存在问题，并提出相应的建议。

enterprises，and puts forward relevant suggestions。
