你都那么客气了,还不问点儿实质性的东西?

自然是C , 请告诉我怎么找到那本书好吗?

而且从语法上讲, Aif 不引导这种从句,用whether I could get the book or not.
B至少 应该用can 不能用could 这种过去时.
