advice:
1 listen to the teacher carefully in the class, interact with his english teacher
2 revise immediately after class to check wthether he has mstered what he has learnt in the class or not
3 read more,read some english stories according to his levels
4 speak more,grasp every chance to open his mouth to speak
5 interest is the best policy, try to increase his interest in learnign english through all means; LISTENING TO ENGLISH SONGS, seeing english movies,reading english novles etc...
