Thank you for your e-mail dated today. As requested, we are pleased to advise the information about our dormitory bunk beds as follows : -

Fact Sheet : -
Location : 9th Floor - Bradbury Wing
No of rooms : 7 rooms
(Maximum 4 persons in one room, and have male and female sections)
Rental : HK$240.00 + 10% service charge per bed per night, no tax.
Check in : 02:00 pm
Check out : 11:00 am

Rooms Set Up:
There are male and female sections in the dormitory. Each guest room features two double decker deluxe bunk-beds with comfortable matresses and specialized room and bed design. There is an individual reading light at each bed, sufficient lighting for the whole room. Room cleaning daily by our well-trained maid. Specially designed private wardrobes with shelves, storage space and lock are provided in each room. Furthermore, our guests can enjoy the city views from their rooms.

Other Facilities & Services :
A self-service coin laundry with washers, dryers and iron boards for those who want to do their own. In addition, public telephone systems for local and overseas calls are also available.

Rooms Bookings :
1. The dormitory only caters to the foreign (other than Hong Kong) passport holders.
2. Our reservation office entertains any local and overseas reservations requests according to our policy.
Please use the above fax number for your reservations, or write directly to us.
3. a 10% discount to be offered to YMCA associates worldwide.
4. The duration of stay for each guest will be no more than seven (7) consecutive nights.
5. We don't accept walk-in guests when their passports show that they have been staying in Hong Kong for more than 10 days.
6. Room rental has to be prepaid and a deposit or HK$150.00 for the room key and locker key is required when checking in.
Deposit will be refunded while guests checking out provided keys are returned and room left in good order.
7. The Duty Manager has the right not to accept any walk-in guests.

Please kindly advise your accpetance together with all 4 guest's full names plus their gender (i.e. male or female) for room assignment, flight details, credit card details with expiry date and card holder's full name to place a guarantee hotel reservation as soon as possible. We anticipated our dormitory bunk beds will soon be fully booked.
