Respectful Manager :
I m writing this letter to complain that last week our class went to see the underwater world held by ABC company of England ,and during which the workers were very rude and unreasonable, moreover the dolphin performance had been cancelled by the underwater world without informing us in time, thus we waited at the gate for a hour in vain.
As you know ,time is so precious for us, and I do not think we will have another trip to underwater world in the near future ,so we are very disappointed for what had happend ,and I would like you to send me a feedback of my complaint.
