thanks for your letter. from your letter, i know you have some trouble in study before the final exam. most of students have the same problem with you. in my oninion, try to do more sports in your spare time to make yourself relax. go to bed early so that you will be powerful the next day. when you feel noverous or upset, you should stop to have a rest. turn on the mp3 to listen to some wonderful music is a good way. after class, don't go back honm in a huarry. you should go and talk to your teacher if there is any qusetion. you can also take part in some kinds of activities.
in a word, you should be more confident, and trust yourself.
