所有单证必须通过议付行一次性通过快递寄往dbs银行，地址：6shenton way,dbs building tower one hex 22-03,singapore 068809.attn.tradeoperations(psu)。议付行必须在封面页确认每笔议付金额须和信用证原件相符。

所议付的每套有不符点的单证须被扣费60美元或105新加坡元，或等值货币。所扣不符点费用由受益人承担。

付款行/收单行/议付行须知：请注意我行的贸易金融手续操作部门在星期六不工作，但我行在其它日期正常工作。
