2 was asked...he是被问问题要用被动语态...
3.是与过去相反的愿望..已经做了这件事 所以用 hadn't done...
如果要用haven't done. 在前面要加would或could...表示本不应该做什么...
4.选D EQ is as important (as)...if not more important than 是插入语..
