摘 要: 众所周知,把人字拿掉,企字就只剩止字了。光“止”了的企业还怎么进步?因此,要把人的因素放在首位。本文通过对若干企业员工积极性问题的实践调查,创造性地提出将员工积极性问题置于员工与管理者、企业的相互作用过程中进行考察,并对决定员工积极性的主、客观因素进行了分析和总结,同时提出了员工积极性的静态决定模型和动态影响模型,为分析实践中的员工积极性问题提供了一般方法论。最后根据分析结果提出了改善员工积极性的相应措施。
