Dear Mrs Wang:
I would like to discuss this issue with you to help you know more about my level of english and also help myself to improve my english even more.
I have been learning english since grade 1, i know all the grammars and all the phrases that i learnt, but using them is another thing. I feel that even though i have all the knowledge, there is no way of knowing when to use them.
I hope that you could try to have conversations with us in english which allows us to speak and use the knowledge we learnt.
