事实：正如我之前所说的，Nancy最初安排我的工作时为她制作报表，而这份工作需要她和我一同工作才能进行。而在她忙其他事情的时候，我便空闲了下来。于是我才问她是否能在我空闲的时候do my own study。而她也答应了。同时还有一个事实，那就是哪怕她不能和我一起进行excel的工作，她还是交给我一些非常零散的工作，比如送一份文件去其他公司，帮助她在网上搜索资料等等。简而言之，我确实是有在空闲的时候do my own study，但这是经过她允许的，并且在大部分她不能和我一起制作excel的时候，她也会给我很多零散的工作。
The fact: It's true there has some time I do my study in my own. Because like I said that the first task Nancy give me is help her make excel. This task we should work together. When she was busy. She just leave me alone. That's why I ask her if I could do some my own study when she can't work with me and she said OK. It's also worth note that Nancy always use me as a assistant when she can't do the excel task with me. Such as deliver a file to other agency, help her search sth online. Simply said, It's true there has some time I do my study in my own because I got your permission, and the most time I still work like an assistant when you can't do the excel job with me.

As I previously mentioned,I was assigned by Nancy to make excels for her.This is the work which needed to be carried out by us both.I got free time when she was busy with other stuff.Then,I asked her whether or not I could do my own study during my free time,and she agreed.Again,I was still given some errands to do even when she couldn't work on the excels with me.Errands include files delivery to other companies,and research on the Internet,etc.In short,I was indeed doing my own study when I was free,but this was surely based on the agreement she granted,meanwhile,I got quite a bit scattered work though she couldn't squeeze time making excels with me.
