Ever since China entered WTO, Chinese enterprises have owned management right of import and export, and more international clients at hand, presenting both challenges and risks. The most critical factor in foreign trade to ensure international market competitive force lies in the technique of business negotiation, whose core is "Culture". Cultural differences sometimes bring more risks to foreign trade, and many trade opportunities could be forfeited because of it. Thus the keen understanding and analysis of cultural differences have a realistic meaning for achieving the win-win result.
Culture considerably affects people's negotiation values, thoughts, decisions, codes of language and so on. Various cultural background will have various kinds of impact on international trade negotiation. Knowing the cultural differeces in the international trade negotiation contributes to not only the elevation of self cultural literacy, but also understanding others' culture, so as to remove the cultural barriers and to promote trade for both parties.
