Scope of the course
During this course, the first set focuses on the relationship between health, physical fitness and an active lifestyle. To be able to make a relevant and justified choice of physical activities, students try one or more activities and then relate them to their ability to adapt to effort, their needs to change or maintain their fitness level, their motivation, lifestyle and knowledge regarding disease prevention.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to analyze his or her own practice of physical activity, taking into consideration lifestyle habits that favour health. Students will be able to choose pertinent physical activities according to his needs, capacities and motivational factors.
