Mary is write to complain one of the employee of the phone company. There were several mistakes in her phone bill last month. She was charged 2 more international phone call's bill. When she phones the customer service, the lady answered the phone was quite rude. That lady always interrupted Mary's talking, also blame Mary for the mistakes. Such kind of attitude to customers is hard to be accepted. Mary suggests the phone company to penalized this lady and wish to have that lady's apology
