从我国十二五之后，国家加强了对环境保护的力度。发展低碳经济是大势所趋，我们民营企业应当顺应潮流，响应国家的号召。民营企业应当承担起自己应有的社会责任。多数的民营企业在生产销售的过程中不重视环境保护已经成为我国环境破坏的主要因素。民营企业的管理制度急需加强。不能只顾眼前利益而破坏生态环境。在日趋恶略的气候环境下,发达国家开始发展低碳经济,对我国民营企业带来了巨大的冲击。我国民营企业如何应对低碳经济带来的冲击和如何推进技术创新与时代接轨。企业如何应采取相应的策略，抓住产业结构调整的机遇，实现企业的可持续发展。本文通过文献研究和理论研究，探索我国民营企业发展过程中的漏洞，和出现这些问题的主要因素。我们要求企业在生产过程中严格实施绿色的科学的企业管理，将低碳经济深入员工和管理者的内心。从企业生产到一直到生产形成一个绿色链条，使得对环境污染的程度降到最低点。实现生态保护和企业利益的同步发展。

After the 12th five-
year-plan, China strengthens more efforts on environmental protection. For developing low-carbon economies become the irresistible general trend, the private enterprises shall conform to the trend and respond our government's call to carry out their social responsibilities. Not attaching importance to environmental pollution by most private enterprises has become the main factor of the pollution in our country. The private enterprises need to strengthen the management system to change the situation of only focusing on the immediate interests and to put an end to destroy the ecological environment. For saving the worsen climate environment, developed countries started low carbon economies. This has brought the huge impact to the private enterprises of our country. The private enterprises shoud learn to deal with the impacts and promote technology innovation to make in lines with the times. They should adopt the corresponding strategies to seize the opportunity of industrial structure adjustments for realizing the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper, through literature research and theoretical study, tries to explore the loopholes in the process of development of private enterprises in our country and the main reasons causing these problems. We ask the enterprises to strict enforcement of scientific enterprise management in the process of production, to deepen the ideas of the low carbon economies into employees and managers. Through forming a green chain from the enterprise management to the production process, the enterprises try to minimize the degree of environment pollution and realize the synchronous development of ecological protection and business interests.
