我是一名商务英语专业的学生，由于专业的特殊性，我深知语言类专业的需要大量的实践才能将课堂上所学的知识转化为自身的能力。北京abc文化传播有限责任公司给我提供了这样一个机会，我在这里担任行政助理一职，因为该公司经常有对外合作以及咨询，所以在这里我能更多的使用上我的专业技能，并且在经理的指导下，能够给我提供更多的实践经验，这对我来说，是很难得的。所以我对我此次实习的目的很明确，就是从听，说，读，写，四方面全面提高自己的英语水平，锻炼自己的社会实践与社会交往能力，为以后步入工作岗位积累经验。并且通过在文化传播有限公司的实习，对公司的性质、经营方式和营运环境获得初步认识，结合所学专业知识，观察和了解公司的运作特点、业务要求等，最终完成由学生到职场的一个蜕变。

2010年12月至2011年3月，每周一至周五早上九点上班，下午五点下班，偶尔加班。期间间元旦休息三天，春节休息7天。

北京市海淀区北蜂窝路1号，每天步行十分钟即可到达，非常方便，这点我体会颇深，因为很多同事都因为家远而经常迟到，而我就不存在这个情况。在以后的工作中我也要尽可能选择地理位置较为便利的公司，避免迟到。

I am a student studying business English，because of the specialist of my major，I deeply know that language major needs a lot of practice so that I can make the knowledge that I learn from the class become my ability.The Beijing ABC culture spread company give me that kind of opportunity，I work as a assistante of executive，because this company always have business and consult to abroad，so I can use my special skill here，beside I can get more practice experiences under the help of manager,it is important to me.So my destination is very clear ,it is to improve my English from listening，speaking，reading and writing，to practice my social practice and social community ability，to Accumulate experience for my future carrera,on the other hand I can get some Preliminary understandings about the nature of the company, management style and operational environment through the practice in this company, to see and learn the company's operational characteristics and business requirements combine with my special skill，Finally completed a metamorphosis from school to workplace.
Dec.2010 to Mar.2011.Work from 9:00 a.m .to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime.To rerst three days during the New Year's Day and Chinese New Year for 7 days.
Cellular Road, Haidian District, Beijing No. 1, walking ten minutes a day, it is very convenient, which I feel deeply, as many colleagues often be late just beacause they are for from the company , but I do not exist this situation. So I have to choose a more convenient location company to avoid being late。

During this internship, I feel that put theories into practice is a very difficult thing, the reason is that I didnot understand the knowledge that I leran from school deeply.In many cases the work I have met is what I have learnt in school,but because I did not study well at that time，hence it is really a long time, so I have to check it in my book that I have learnt before.My next plane is to continue to study ,because I felt my disadvantages deeply through this practice，so It must be remedied,only in that way I can become a compound talents who is useful to the sociaty.

I’m a student of Business English major. For the particularity of this major I deeply recognize that as a student of linguistics major I need a lot of practice to turn the class knowledge into personal ability. Now Beijing ABC Cultural Transmission Co. Ltd gives me the opportunity to appoint me as administrative assistant. The company often has external cooperation and consult, so I can utilize more my professional skills here. Under the guide of manager I can get more practical experience, which is hard-won, especially for me. Therefore, I have a clear aim for my internship, which is to comprehensively enhance my English from listening, talking, reading and writing to practice my social practice and interaction ability and gather experience for my future job. Through internship in the cultural transmission corporation I have a preliminary cognition of nature of company , business mode and operation environment, which combined with my professional knowledge. Further, I observe and know the operation characteristics and business requirements, which finally makes me change to a company employee from a student.

From Dec,2010 to Mar. 2011 I go to work at 9 in the morning and out of work at 5 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. Occasionally I work overtime. There are 3 days leave during the New Year and 7 days leave in the Spring Festival Holiday

Now I live in the No 1 Fengwo Rd, Haidian District in Beijing where is close to my company. Every day I walk to work in 10 minutes. It’s really very convenient. I have profound experience about that. Because many colleagues often are late to work for the long distance I never suffer this case. In the future I will choose the company that the geographical position is convenient so as to avoid being late to work

In this internship I feel it’s very difficult to make the theory combine with practice. The root cause is that I don’t know the class knowledge very well. In many times some work I encountered has been learned in my class room. But I didn’t learn it very well and long time has passed and I often checked my former books to review them. My next plan is to study further. By this internship I see my weakness in my heart and I must recover this weakness. Only after I make up for my shortness I could become useful talents for the society.
