文章首先简述了频率合成技术的发展历程,将传统的频率合成技术、锁相环频率合成技术及直接数字频率合成技术进行比较。然后在理论上分析了数字频率合成技术的基本结构和工作原理。并根据设计要求选择了主要的元器件,系统根据直接频率合成技术的特点和单片机技术设计了旋转机械振动信号模拟器。该设计中使用单片机STC89S52完成了高次谐波的叠加信号及基波信号的产生。使用硬件电路控制先入先出式存储器定时输出振动信号的波形。同时采用经典的乒乓型存储方式及直接存储器访问(DMA)的控制方式,即双路硬件定时电路控制双路先入先出式存储器可以满足谐波信号模拟器连续输出的要求。
在设计中,系统按功能将振动信号模拟器划分为几个不同的功能模块:单片机模块、存储器模块、人机交互模块、低通滤波器模块。文中对各个模块的硬件电路设计均有详细的介绍。

With the unceasing development of micro-electronics technique and VLSI technology, a measure instrument-simulator of signal comes into being. it was widely used in the area of satellite communications, aeronautics and instrument and so on. A simulator of vibration signal for rotating machine is designed in this article.
The article introduced the development of direct digital frequency synthesis and compare traditional frequency synthesis and Phase Locked Loop frequency synthesis with direct digital frequency synthesis, and then, the article analyzed structure and principle, and the main components were chosen base on requirement. it designed high stability, high resolution rotating vibration signal simulator base on DDS and microcontroller technology. The microcontroller AT89S52 products high harmonics of the signal and normal signal, it use hardware to timing control FIFO to achieve the vibration signal. The FIFO with the classic “ping-pang” type and DMA control can better get the target.
Which base on the idea of function as theory, the thesis also designs the system which contains: MCU platform, FIFO platform, LPF platform, DAC platform, and so on. Every platform are given and analyzed in-depth.
Finally, the noise question was analyzed in this article, particularly in the fractional divider and digital-to-analog error. And two methods were given in this article.

Abstract
Signal simulator and integrated circuits in microelectronics under the constant development of technology arising out of an incentive to source equipment that can meet the needs of a variety of signals has been widely applied to satellite communications, aerospace, instrumentation and other areas. This paper designed to simulate a rotating machine shaft vibration signal simulator.
The article first outlines the development process of frequency synthesis, frequency synthesis of traditional technology, phase-locked loop frequency synthesis and direct digital frequency synthesis for comparison. Then, in theory, the digital frequency synthesis of the basic structure and working principle. Selected according to the design requirements of the major components, the system according to the characteristics of direct frequency synthesis and SCM technology design of rotating machinery vibration signal simulator. The design is done using SCM STC89S52 superposition of high harmonics of the fundamental signal and the signal generated. Circuit control hardware FIFO-type memory timing output vibration signal waveform. At the same time using the classical ping-pong type of storage and direct memory access (DMA) control methods, namely, hardware-timed control circuit Dual Dual FIFO-type memory to meet the harmonic requirements of continuous output signal simulator.
In the design, the system according to the functions of vibration signal simulator is divided into several different functional modules: SCM modules, memory modules, interactive modules, low-pass filter module. In this paper, the hardware design of each module are described in detail.
Finally, the paper on the harmonic signal simulator system noise analysis, amplitude quantization error, digital to analog conversion errors and other problems on a detailed analysis, and gives two common methods suppress harmonic signal simulator.
