电脑蓝屏，为什么会蓝屏，电脑蓝屏怎么解决啊？

最近从新装系统以后老玩游戏隔一段时间就蓝屏
蓝屏时提示这些：
cheak to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufactur for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Cheak wiht your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components.restart your computer.Press F8 to secect Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.
