beneficiary's sighed invoices in three originals certifying merchandise to be chinese origin. chinese origin 是什么意思?
2 bulk dye lots of every color must be sent to applicant by 17-apr-2007 for shipment. beneficiary's certificate to this effect accompany documents.
3beneficiary's certificate to this effect together relative coutier receipt to accompany documents.
4 packing :poll packing ,invoice to certify the same.
5 bill of lading stating the sea freight charges has been paid up to destination.
6 bill of lading must be issued by shipping line and signed by them or their authorised agent only. freight forwarder's B/Leven sighed as carrier is strictly no acceptable .
7 cargo to be delivered only against original B/L.
8 in case of transhipment through bill of lading to be submitted.
9 if LCsi expired and if such disctepancy is accepted .lc expired commission at 1/4pct is forthe account of beneficiary and will be deducted from the proceeds.

for documents negotiated strictlly in compliance with the terms of this documentary credit, we hereby undertake to reimburse the negotiating bank accotdingto their instructions on receipt of the documents alongwith their certificate of strict compliance of all L/Cterms .
proceeds can be temitted via usd chats for credit of nogotiating bank's account with any bank in hong kong .
the negotiating bank must be endorse the amount of each drawing on this original letter of credit and despatch documents to us in one lot by recognise courier at flg adress: 17/f wing on house ,71 des voeux toad central hong kong .

1.正本发票三份，注明明产地为中国
2.估计你是做布料的吧？ 每个颜色的染料小样要在4月17日前寄到开证人手中，交单时出具受益人证明
3.受益人的证明连同邮据交单时一并交出。
4.包装： poll包装，发票上要证明此项。
5.提单要表明到岸运费已付清。
6.提单必须由船公司或其代理签发，小单不接受。
7.提单要正本。
8.如果转运，联运提单需提交。
9.如果信用证过期，并且这种不符点可以接受，信用证过期费1/4 由受益人承担，并且在费用处理过程中扣去。
