ARTICLE 26 GENERAL PROVISIONS
26.2 The payments shall be made as follows:
26.2.1 - 60% of the contract price after the signing of the contract, against provision of the performance guarantee and a security guaranteeing repayment in full of this advance;
26.2.2 - 30% of the contract price following provisional acceptance of the supplies;
26.2.3 - 10% of the contract price, as payment of the balance outstanding, following final acceptance of the supplies. However, this payment of 10% may, if the Supplier so wishes, be made at the same time as the 30% instalment referred to in paragraph 26 (2) (2) if the Supplier provides a security guaranteeing repayment of the full amount of the 10% balance. The security shall be released within 60 days of the final acceptance of the supplies.

26.2 按以下方式付款:
26.2.1 - 签订合同后，在提供履约保证和预付款全额安全保证偿还后，支付合同价格的60%
