Technology-driven competition is frequently fierce.Standard ways of viewing
competition and markets are usually inadequate.For example,the traditional
indicia for defining relevant antitrust markets(and/or assessing market power in
those markets)generally result in markets that are too narrow—because they
exclude substitute products or services that should be included.As a consequence,
