2、事情发生的原因是当时没有足够的人手,两个销售人员轮流处理单证,当中出现了遗漏。
3、我们已经从2月份开始执行double check,并且要求GX每天发送对照表进行比对,确保今后不再发生同样的错误。
我们对对客户造成的损失和给您带来的麻烦再次表示诚挚的歉意。
随着我们新人员的上任,相信今后一切都会步入正轨。

Regarding the complaint received from our customer, we are here to apologize sincerely again for the troubles you are going through and the loss our customer beared.
We have solved the problem and the customer also showed his undertanding of our job.
We have found that it was becuase of the lack of working people. Two salemen were dealing with the documents in turn, and the mistake happened when one took over the other's job.

To ensure this will not happen again, we have hired new people, carried out "double check" plan and requested GX to send checking list everyday for us from February.

We believe that everything will be on right track in future.
