Abstract:
It is the foundation and core for the enterprise survival and development that the construction enterprises implement the cost management in the implementation of the construction projects. The most importance segment is that doing well in the control of the cost management and achieving the objective of adding revenues and reducing expenditures in the item management activity .In order to play a guiding role in the enterprise manufacturing management ,this problem will be discussed in the article.
