EMPLOYEE NONCOMPETITION AGREEMENT
For good consideration and as an inducement for (Company) to employ (Employee), the undersigned Employee hereby agrees not directly or indirectly to compete with the business of the Company and its successors and assigns during the Employee’s period of employment and for a period of years following termination of the Employee’s employment and notwithstanding the cause or reason for termination of the Employee’s employment.
