To keep healthy, we should eat healthily. We should eat more fish, meat and bean, especially fresh vegetables and fruit. Never eat too much sweet food.
Also, We should pay attention to exercising every day. We should learn to have a rest. We should do sport more often.
Finally, we should sleep well. We shouldn't stay until midnight. We should sleep for at least eight hours every day.
