其次,论文以构建印铁烘房生产线自动化监控系统为目标,在阐述OPC技术规范以及OPC数据访问标准在生产过程监控中的应用研究的基础上,研究基于OPC技术的印铁烘房生产线数据采集与过程监控的关键技术,基于OPC技术的现场总线的生产数据采集与过程监控的网络构架研究。
最后,论文在构建基于OPC技术的生产数据采集与过程监控系统的概念模型的基础上,运用面向对象语言VB设计和开发印铁烘房监控系统,实现了对印铁烘房生产线的监测与控制功能。印铁烘房生产线自动化监控系统的稳定运行实践表明,监控系统各项功能和性能指标达到了设计要求,提高了装备产品的技术水平和市场竞争力。 展开
