Brif introduction about the topic:It mainly concerns about a conversation between the wife and husband.While talking about his joining the basketball team in his company,the women showed doubt in his idea becuse of his poor condition.And the man argue that he was not so out of shape and he was a star player in high school.The woman poured scorned on his words but not to let him abandon his determination.Just provided him with several suggestions:have a healthier diet 、take a physical、strenghen his muscels as well as do more excersises to fit his cardiovascular system.
