意思是跟他们分享一些你曾经发现有用的技术
不是将have found 和 to be helpful分出来修饰techniques.
have found to be helpful做定语，修饰techniques
如：The boy was found to be bad.
被动`加to do sth

意思是 你仍然疑惑关于..的几点
这里confused是形容词，意为“疑惑的，不解的”
