首先，不要慌乱，赶快拨打火警电话：119；然后就是逃生的人如果住在有电梯的楼房里不能乘坐电梯；要用溼毛巾捂住鼻子和嘴巴；用溼棉被裹在身上；如果楼道里浓烟弥漫，就不能开启房门，用结实的绳子或者把床单、被单撕成结实的条，连成长条，从窗户爬出去等等。同时，我们也要学会灭火器材的使用。学会了一些在火灾中自救的办法，就可以把损失减小到最低了。
