Abstract
warehouse, simply to define that can store stuffs,a transfer station to supply logistics operation for companies. Storage is a kind of behavior that company store goods with storehouse, but to the modern company, warehouse storage considered more benifit from manage than storage iteself. A good warehouse design and suitable sorting strategy can decrease logistics cost and increase the managing benifit obviously. we investigated the Beihai TianSheng trade company on the spot and found it many unreasonable ways. We have demonstrated and analysised about that and resulted reasonable advice has been put forwarded, we hope it can decrease cost and increase benifit by accepting our advices.

Abstract: To the modern enterprises, warehouse storage should consider benefits from manage more than storage itself. A good warehouse design and suitable sorting strategy can decrease logistics cost and increase the managing benefits obviously. The author investigated the Beihai TianSheng trade company on the spot and found many unreasonable ways. In this article, those limitations insufficiency were demonstrated and analyzed and resulted reasonable advice has been put forwarded; hope enterprises can decrease their cost and increase the benefits by accepting our advices.

Warehouse is simply a warehouse to store goods,is the tansfer station of Logistics management .Storage, is the action of the warehouse storing their goods in business.As for modern enterprises,More consideration is the storage can operating more income ,not only for storing.Good selection the layout of warehouse and strategies is essential for reducing the costs ,increasing operational efficiency.Based on the North Sea, Tian Shing Trading Co. warehouse site investigation,there are many irrational aspects .We were elaborated and analysised for its irrationality,and put forward some reasonable suggestions.To achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improve efficiency of this enterprises.

Abstract
Traditionally, warehouse, in simply speaking, is a place for storage and interchange of goods in supply logistics operation for companies. Storage is a kind of behavior that allows company to place goods in storehouse.
But for modern company, warehouse storage is being taken into account from the perspective of revenue to the whole business rather than just storage management itself. That is a reason why a good warehouse design and suitable sorting strategy is crucial. It can decrease logistics cost and increase the efficiency of business operation obviously.
We made a spot investigation into the warehouse of Beihai TianSheng Trade Company, and that found out many unreasonable operation arrangements. In this dissertation, we shall demonstrate and analyze them and that advise a series of measures for improvement. We hope that such advices can decrease cost and increase benefit of the company in the segment of warehouse.
