CITIZENSHIP，公民身份，也就是平时常说的国籍，因此这一项填写你的国籍就可以了。

比如你是中国国籍，就填China或People's Republic of China。

如果出生地在中国，但是已经取得了他国国籍，那就填那个国家的名字即可。

另外，在有些表格上，这一项也写成Nationality，这里也是填写国籍。
